Roll formed distressed steel. The process for the extreme fade flags involve multiple steps to get this look and is my personal favorite. First, the entire flag gets a light patina finish then the red, white, and blue colors are applied by hand meticulously to give the faded look. The flag is then clear coated with a top-of-the-line automotive satin lacquer clear coat for extreme protection.
